We understand your disappointment if you are not completely satisfied with the items you have received from us. That is why we have made the returns process easy and hassle-free for you!

How to Return & Refund

  1. Please submit a return request via Contact Us to Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the reason for the return and photos for verification.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please send your item(s) via local post within 30 days of receiving the return confirmation.

  3. Upon receipt of the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure they are in original condition and match the issues described in your return request.

  4. After confirmation, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Note: Please contact us first to arrange a return. Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

  6. If the dresses have any quality issues, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.


Errors Caused Due to Customers' Own Specifications

If sizing or color errors arise from specifications or choices made by customers when ordering, refunds will not be provided for these cases.


For All Wedding & Party Dresses

All our Wedding & Party Dresses at Babyonlinedress UK are custom-made to order by our skilled tailors, ensuring the highest quality for each dress. This means there is a processing time required in addition to shipping.

If your event date is approaching and time is tight, please contact us for expedited processing and shipping options. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure your dress arrives on time for your special occasion.

Please note: We strive to ensure each dress closely resembles the pictures, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed. Due to our wholesale pricing, some dresses may be made using similar fabrics.

Rest assured, fitting is never a concern. All our dresses are custom made to your specific measurements or according to our size chart, ensuring a perfect fit. Minor adjustments can be made at your own expense to achieve the ideal fit.

To provide extra support, we offer partial reimbursement for alterations on all dresses, whether standard size or custom made. Simply email a picture of your tailor’s receipt to service@babyonlinedress.co.uk, and we will take care of the rest!

Alteration reimbursement limits (USD):

  • Dresses priced £59 and under — up to £15

  • Dresses £60 to £99 — up to £25

  • Dresses £100 to £199 — up to £45

  • Dresses above £200 — up to £65

Due to the made-to-order nature, it is difficult for us to resell returned Wedding & Party Dresses. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue.

If you need to return a product without any quality problems or change your mind, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund automatically. Please note that shipping fees, size fees, and any applicable rush fees will still apply—even if your order qualified for free shipping.

You are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs. If returning multiple items, we recommend sending all unwanted items in one package.

Items must be returned within 30 days (including weekends) after return approval. Please contact our Customer Service promptly to initiate the return.

Note: All Custom Size Dresses are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. Please carefully review the color, style, and measurements within 24 hours of payment.


For All Casual Dresses, Clothing, Shoes & Accessories

Babyonlinedress UK offers a full refund for returned products if you are unsatisfied. To start a return, contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your items. Returned items must be in original condition and comply with our return policy.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. As all items are made-to-order, we do not keep ready-made stock for immediate exchange. If you wish to replace your items, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.

Please double-check the details on your new order. Feel free to email us for assistance.

Note: Previous promotional discounts do not apply to new orders.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Our order and shipping systems are designed for prompt, efficient processing. Since dresses are custom-made immediately after order placement, please notify us within 24 hours if you want to cancel or modify your order. There may be fees depending on the nature of your changes.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund.

  • Cancel within 24-72 hours for a partial refund: full shipping cost + 70% product price.

  • Cancel within 72-120 hours for partial refund: full shipping cost + 40-60% product price.

  • Cancel after 120 hours for partial refund: full shipping cost + 30% product price.

  • No cancellations after the order has shipped.


Color Mismatch

All color swatches on Babyonlinedress UK are photographed from actual fabrics used by our company. Dresses are customized based on the color you specify.

However, please note that your computer or device screen settings may alter how colors appear online. Slight differences between the dress color and the images on Babyonlinedress.co.uk do not indicate a defect or wrong shipment.

If you believe you received the wrong color, please email photos to our customer service at service@babyonlinedress.co.uk. We will address the issue within 24 hours.


Custom Clearance Taxes

We do not accept refund requests based on refusal to sign for parcels due to taxes or duties.

All orders are shipped D.D.U. (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning Babyonlinedress UK is not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, or tariffs imposed by customs on international shipments.
